I couldn’t believe it.
Last year, I wrote:
I made more this year (2022) than ever before.
That was amazing, but it’s freaking me out a bit.
I want to make less this next year.
I want to break the streak.
It’s freaking me the fuck out.
I can’t keep destroying my health in an endless pursuit of more.
And this year, I did.
I did happen to make a bit less and things were just fine.
This sounds like a humble-brag but if you’ve ever been caught up in your happiness being intricately tied to “number go up,” you know what it feels like.

All kids in school – this is an amazing feeling, for both me and my wife
Kids got into skating, soccer and warhammer
